ABOUT THE ROLE

Pixalate is hiring a Human Resource Manager to join our growing team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR or employee recruitment, with a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures and legal requirements.This role will be responsible for interacting with the various Business Units, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates while continuing to develop, refine, and manage the entire recruiting process. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitate the entire recruiting process from end to end, including screening resumes, proactively sourcing candidates, interviewing candidates by phone and/or in person, and ultimately closing candidates through negotiation
  • Working closely with the executive team and other colleagues for feedback to ensure there is a strong skill and cultural fit
  • Further developing and refining the interviewing processes to ensure scale and efficiency for the hiring process
  • Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expense reimbursement, and vacation
  • Be able to facilitate offers to prospective candidates including salary negotiations and speak knowledgeably about the positions job duty needs and qualifications and know Pixalate benefit plans and incentive plans 
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore & Regional HR regulations by conducting investigations and maintaining records

QUALIFICATION

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting and sourcing candidates from various sources and human resources administration, specifically in the technology and sales areas
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • General knowledge of regional employment laws, best practices, and compliance with job postings and requirements in APAC countries 
  • Strong cultural sensitivity, regional ethical practices, and work well under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
