Responsibilities

Work closely with cross-functional groups including members of Product Management, Data Science, and Engineering to ensure that company initiatives and projects are executed on time and as expected
Assist the Principal Program Manager when it comes to tracking and managing tasks, allocating resources, identifying blockers and risks, and maintaining compliance in assigned areas while maintaining a holistic view of the company’s entire book of business
Improve processes and manage the flow of updates and communication to ensure alignment across all stakeholders (internal and external)
Act as a liaison between development and other internal groups
Ensure the product development teams have what they need to be successful and represent the Product and Engineering teams to other business units
Manage projects and initiatives as needed
Schedule and lead sprint planning, reviews, and standups, not to mention being comfortable working in different time zones

Basic Qualifications

Excellent writing and communication skills with upper management and executives
Bachelor's degree with a preference in Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical field
3+ years of technical program/project management experience
Solid knowledge of software development lifecycles and methodologies
Any of the following certifications a plus: PMP, PgMP, CSM
Experience with JIRA ticketing and workflow systems or similar project management tools
Extremely organized and a great negotiator
Proven conflict management skills and can handle pressure

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with managing AI / LLM projects
Deep understanding of the ad tech industry
Familiarity with online fraud tactics
Data management and analytics experience
Technical consulting and client management experience
