- Manage day-to-day general ledger accounting, including revenue recognition (ASC 606) relevant to SaaS/subscription revenue streams
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
- Support statutory reporting and audit requirements for the Singapore entity, ensuring compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) alongside US GAAP where dual reporting is required
- Assist with intercompany transactions, transfer pricing documentation, and multi-currency accounting
- Support tax filings and liaise with external tax agents/auditors (IRAS, GST filings)
- Partner with FP&A and People Ops on payroll-related accounting entries (CPF, SDL, etc.)
- Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen internal controls and close efficiency
- Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed
What You Bring

- CA (Singapore), ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- Experience working in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment (US/international parent company a plus)
- Prior experience in SaaS, technology, or ad-tech industries strongly preferred — familiarity with subscription revenue recognition (ASC 606)
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore statutory and tax requirements (IRAS, GST, CPF)
- Proficiency with accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero) and strong Excel skills
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently across time zones with a remote US finance team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
