ABOUT THE ROLE
Pixalate is growing our Product & Engineering team and looking for a senior Product Manager to be the “GM” of our “self-service” API products.
You will own the product roadmap, support process, increase user base, and adoption of all API products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build the roadmap for our suite of APIs while working closely with our engineering and product team to influence our API strategy
- Help publish and promote the APIs on various API Marketplaces
- Own the pricing, packaging, and GTM of our API Platform
- Maintain Internal and External API Documentation (What the client sees / needs to see)
- Being the driving force behind successful client API integrations, upcoming Client integrations
- Support Customer Success team with API related customer questions
- Define metrics and present it to the exec team on monthly basis to measure user adoption and engagement
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelors in Math, Computer Science, Physics or similar quantitative area of focus (Masters/Phd a plus)
- 2-4 years experience in Product Management / Product Strategy for a SaaS Company, specifically a API heavy Company (AWS as an example)
- Experience with various API Marketplaces
- Experience writing API documentation – internal and external
- Knowledge of or experience in API design, integrations, documentation, etc
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
