About Pixalate

Pixalate is the global leader in fraud detection and privacy compliance for digital advertising, safeguarding billions in ad spend for Fortune 500 brands and major ad platforms. As fraudsters increasingly leverage AI to mount sophisticated attacks, we are building the next generation of AI-powered detection systems to stay ahead of the threat.

Our work has surfaced high-profile criminal and illegal surveillance cases covered by major outlets including the Washington Post, NBC News, ProPublica, Gizmodo, and Adweek. Most recently, we were recognized by UNICEF as a Key Innovator for protecting children's online privacy.

Our global team of data scientists, engineers, economists, lawyers, and researchers operates across offices in McLean, VA, Washington D.C., London, and Singapore.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a VP of Sales, CTV to build and scale Pixalate's connected TV sales function as we enter our next growth phase. This is a leadership role for someone who has built high-performing CTV/streaming sales teams before — not just carried a quota, but owned pipeline strategy, hiring, and revenue targets for a CTV-focused org or region.

You'll report directly into executive leadership and be responsible for building a stronger, more predictable CTV pipeline — designing the sales process, and setting the strategic direction for how Pixalate wins new business across CTV fraud detection and privacy compliance.

What You'll Do

  • Own overall CTV sales strategy and pipeline health — build repeatable, scalable processes for prospecting, qualification, and closing across the team, specific to the CTV/streaming ecosystem.
  • Build and own the CTV sales forecast, reporting directly to executive leadership on pipeline, bookings, and revenue targets.
  • Design and refine CTV territory/account assignment, comp structure input, and go-to-market strategy in partnership with executive leadership.
  • Act as a senior, credible voice in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with CTV platforms, streamers, and media buyers — stepping in on strategic accounts as needed.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Data Science, Ad Operations, Engineering, Legal, and Marketing to align CTV sales strategy with company priorities.
  • Bring CTV market intelligence and competitive insight directly into company strategy and product roadmap discussions.

What We're Looking For

  • 8-15 years in ad tech sales, with deep, specific expertise in CTV/OTT — direct experience selling into or partnering with streaming platforms, connected TV publishers, or CTV-focused DSPs/SSPs. Platform-side experience required.
  • Demonstrated success scaling a CTV-focused sales org
  • Proven ability to build and run a fast, efficient sales process within the CTV ecosystem — strong point of view on pipeline hygiene, forecasting discipline, and rep performance management.
  • Deep fluency in CTV ad fraud, brand safety, and privacy compliance (COPPA, GDPR) as they apply specifically to streaming and connected TV environments.
  • Executive presence — comfortable representing Pixalate directly with senior CTV/streaming stakeholders and reporting to company leadership.
  • A track record of closing/overseeing 6–7 figure CTV deals and building the systems that make repeat wins possible.
  • Highly self-directed, decisive, and outcome-focused — someone who builds urgency and accountability into the team culture, not just their own pipeline.

Our Culture

We believe in small, high-output teams where results speak louder than titles. We move fast, think analytically, and value bold ideas. Collaboration is core to how we work — across functions and time zones. If you thrive in an environment that rewards initiative and curiosity, you'll fit right in.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance — premiums 100% covered for employees, 50% for dependents
  • Unlimited PTO
  • 401(k)
  • Monthly internet reimbursement
  • Casual, flexible work environment
  • Clear opportunities for career advancement
  • Annual team events
