What are the responsibilities?
- Drive new Lead Acquisition efforts and own the Marketing pipeline
- Partner with Marketing colleagues and CEO to develop content that will inspire action amongst our client base and the industry
- Own management of digital campaign executions, including but not limited to A/B testing, conversion flows, campaign optimization, copy/creative development, and maximizing conversion rates
- Continually doing market research, evaluating best practices based upon competitors, market conditions, data, and execute/adjust plans as needed.
- Own all of the monitoring for campaign success / campaign analytics
- Mastering the Sales funnel and owning/optimizing hubspot/website
- Ability to work with C-level execs especially the CEO
- Ability to Own Event Marketing Strategy
What are the minimum requirements for this role?
- 3+ years’ experience in Demand/Lead Generation for a SaaS company
- Has been hands-on with Hubspot CRM
- Experience owning Lead Generation Programs end-to-end; creating, optimizing, and carefully monitoring
- Experience collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Sales departments, along with C/VP Level leadership
- Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment - you know how to create your own structure and execute on your own strategy
